- Smoking is not allowed inside the studios.
- We kindly ask our guests NOT to close the doors’ mosquito nets when they intend to close the door itself, because in addition to being completely needless, it damages the net due to the protruding shape of the door handle. The mosquito nets must therefore be closed ONLY when you intend to leave the door open.
- On the terraces, by the swimming pool and in the garden, guests are kindly requested to throw all cigarette butts, plastic packages and any other kind of waste, however small, in the ashtrays and the rubbish bins provided. On windy days, anything left around will litter the garden and swimming pool: this is unhealthy and annoying for everyone and creates extra work.
- Out of respect for your neighbours, we request that you turn all music off after midnight and always avoid noise and loud conversation, especially inside the studios.
- The air conditioning system works best in “cool” mode (for cold) and “heat” (for heat). We kindly ask guests to avoid the “auto” mode which, from our experience, cools and heats less effectively.
- Air conditioners cool/heat the studios in a very short time. We kindly ask guests to respect the environment and avoid excess energy consumption by turning off the air conditioners and lights when they are not at home or when it is not necessary, and to calibrate the thermostats of the air conditioners at a temperature, if possible, not too low or too high.
- We kindly ask our guests to pay attention not to damage plants and flowers.
