Syrah Rosé di Cortona
(12% vol – May to September only)
This rosé wine, from the beautiful medieval city of Cortona, in the province of Arezzo, is a delicacy in our small selection. A rather unusual wine from the Syrah grape that is not found all year round: it is mainly drunk between May and September. Very fragrant, excellent as an aperitif or for appetizers, fish, shellfish, white meats but above all perfect for a moment of relaxation and good conversation. REDS
Chianti di Certaldo
(12,5% vol)
A Chianti rooted in the ancient Tuscan “recipe”. It is a pleasant and adaptable table wine, where the Trebbiano vine variety softens the Sangiovese quota, which has a stronger but also more “edgy” character. Round and fresh, it combines well with many types of food, from meat to fish, from soups to pasta dishes. To be served at room temperature or just cooled in very hot weather.

Rosso di Montalcino
(13,5% vol)
The principal grape of this Rosso di Montalcino is Sangiovese,“cut” the Ciliegiolo. It is quite dry and its warm bouquet goes well with red or pork meet, pasta dishes with meat sauces, chicken, mushrooms or truffles and various risottos. It should be drunk at room temperature or slightly cooled in warmer weather.

Please note: we promote recycling and, therefore, we return the empty bottles to wineries that sterilize them and give them a new life. We kindly ask our guests not to throw them in the rubbish bin but to leave them next to it, so that they can be recovered. Thank you for your collaboration!
