Booking directly through our website has the advantage, of course, that the amount to be paid is not burdened with commissions due to tourist rental portals. However, we lose the payment guarantee that these portals provide, so we need to protect ourselves with a refund policy that is fair for our guests but also offers some guarantee for us.

At the time of booking, it will be necessary to pay by bank money transfer 30% of the total amount. One week before check-in, the amount must be settled. If the booking is cancelled at least one month before the scheduled check-in date, the deposit will be fully refunded. Otherwise, it will be retained but not lost: it will remain in the guest’s “wallet” with us for two years for a future booking. We are indeed convinced that those who choose us do so with good reason, that cancellations occur due to force majeure, but that there is always a new opportunity for us to meet!
